Victoria’s Knowe

Knowe: n, see also: knoll. A small, rounded hill or eminence; hillock. Archaic: a stroke of a bell in ringing or tolling.

A noticeable place, an area one notices, to be noticed in, an eminence, a home for eminence, ringing, tolling, sound, noise, speech, words, thoughts, of one who is eminent. Imminent intimacy with those emanations. Immediate updates. Imagine that!
